
COACHING
TRI-STATE STRENGTH OFFERS A VARIETY OF TRAINING AND PROGRAMMING OPTIONS:
INDIVIDUAL COACHING

We will work with you individually to provide coaching and programming either in-person or online.

Online coaching will consist of video review for all lifts, customized monthly programming and 24-hour e-mail access to your coach.
PROGRAMMING ONLY

We will provide you with customized monthly programming based on your programming preferences, current experience level and future goals.
SMALL GROUP COACHING

We can provide in-person small group training for individuals who prefer to train in a team setting. Group coaching requires a commitment of 3 days per week with a minimum of at least 3 members in the group.
